Summer in Rutland
Book early to avoid disappointment
July and August are very busy months and we have already taken bookings for these months for next year so you will need to book early if you want to stay at Puddle Cottage. The 4 star self catering cottage is located in Edith Weston on the South shore of Rutland Water and within walking distance to Rutland Sailing Club and Rutland Fishing Lodge. The cottage sleeps two people comfortably in either a super king sized bed or 2 full size single beds. Well behaved dogs are also very welcome. Of course, as well as the events above, there is plenty more to do! Whether it be exploring Rutland Water by cycling, fishing, bird watching, sailing or exploring the local heritage such as Burghley House or Belvior Castle there is plenty to make a perfect break.
