Vitruvian Triathlon – The date has been set!

The date for the Vitruvian Triathlon 2013 has been set as 31st August 2013 and entries are now open. If you are lucky enough to have a place and are looking for accommodation either for the race, or to visit in advance to train in the local area then Puddle Cottage could be for you. Puddle Cottage is a one bedroom cottage on the South shore of Rutland Water, and just a short walk (or even shorter run!) to the banks of the reservoir. The cottage, which has been awarded its 4 star status by Quality in Tourism,  has been recently refurbished and facilities include a dishwasher, tumble dryer, flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview and WIFI which is available to guests free of charge. The cottage can either be presented  with one super king sized bed or two full size single beds and 3 night stays are available. All linen, towels and kitchen essentials are included for guests.
