We have been given the opportunity to share this rental at Barnsdale Hotel which is available from Saturday 10th June 2017  to Saturday 17th June 2017. The rental of the lodge, which overlooks Rutland Water,  gives you full use of the resorts facilities throughout your stay (excluding spa treatments and hairdressing).

Barnsdale Hotel is set in 65 acres of conservation parkland on the slopes overlooking Rutland Water, with leisure facilities such as swimming, massage, squash, tennis and bowls all on site along with numerous restaurants. The lodge, (number 17) is a detached timber single ‘A’ frame Lodge and has 2 bedroom, sleeping 4 people and is available for £525 for the week. A 20% deposit will be required to secure the booking, with the balance due no later than 28 days before arrival.

Ground floor – one double bedroom, bathroom and separate WC.  Open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, TV & DVD player.   The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine. First floor – 2 single bedrooms in the Eaves.  Outside terrace with table and chairs. All linen & towels are provided. This includes towels for the swimming pool. There is a charge for electricity during your stay at Barnsdale. This is payable at Barnsdale Reception at the end of your stay. The electricity is metered and charged at a rate of 12p/ unit during the day (6:30am to 12:30am) and the night rate is 7.5p/ unit (12:30am to 6:30am). Unfortunately pets are not permitted anywhere on the Barnsdale resort. You may check in after 4.00pm on the arrival day and you must vacate before 10.00am on the day of your departure. Barnsdale will requirea credit card or cash deposit at the time of check in as a security.
